My Five Commandments to the Teacher’s

• Encourage and appreciate my good points.
• Guide me in all my efforts.
• Be patient with me I know I am not perfect.
• Be lively and not boring.
• I am watching you, so be careful of what you do.

• My Teachers are very important to me.  So I would like you to meet them on all open House days.
• My teachers take your place in school.  So encourage them to help me do better.
• My teachers need your co-operation; give it to them whole – heartedly and see how I excel.
• If fall ill, my teachers worry about me.  So let them know by sending a Medical Leave Certificate.
• Please inform my school whenever we change our house so that if they want to.

• It is the duty of the parents to see that their children regularly come neat and tidy to school and in time for class.
• Parents should also keep an eye on late attendance reports.  Reasons for absence should be entries in the school diary.
• When communicating with Principal, parents are requested to state in their letter, the class and the section in which their children are studying.
• Parents, guardians or any other persons are not allowed to se the children are studying or interview their teachers during school hours without the prior written permission ot the Principal.  They are requested to bring their complaints, directly to the principal and not to any other member of the staff. 
• Entries in the Calender must be countersigned by the parents immediate guardians wherever necessary.  In case of long illness, viz, lasting more than three days, the principal should be informed.  Pupils who are absent for more than a calendar month without a leave application, wil be struck off.  They shall not be re-admitted.
• Written permission of the principal is required for a student to leave the school premises.
• Parents are requested not to ask their children to come away from schoo before the school gets over, except in case of real necessity in this case permission should be obtained previously in writing.
• It may please be noted that children will not be sent home even in an emergency with anyone who might come for them during school hours without a written request from parents/guardians.                   
• All major permissions should be directly obtained from the principal.
• It is forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, desks, etc. Throw paper or ink about the class-room, or any way damage the school premises.  Damage done must be paid for.
• Attendance at official school functions like Sports Day,  Independence Day, Republic Day, Annual Prize Distribution Day, Teacher’s Day, Children’s Day etc. is compulsory, Absentees may be fined or marks will be deducted.
• Students coming to school in untidy uniform on a regular basis will be sent back home. 
• Students suffering from any contagious diseass like measles chicken pox, mumps etc. should, even during exams.
