Shikshan Prasarak Mandals akola decided to commerce English medium section on the auspicious day of Gurupornima on 17.07.1989 with an esteemed view / goal of providing the students a disciplined education still keeping up with the Indian culture thereby producing well educated future. Citizens of Indian.

The Mandal got the people of old city together which was supposed to be a back ward area with a goal of providing high level English education and started the 1st by charging only Rs.100 as donation and Rs.15 as educational fees on no profit no loss basis.

The formal inauguration ceremony was held at the hands of the Resp.H.M. of Bhikamchand Khandelwal School Late. Mugutrao  Rajurkar  who was the president of the programme Sau. Kusumtai Deshpande the H.M. of Moharidevi School.  The programme was inaugurated by the president by offering prayer to goddess Saraswati.  The programme was held under the precious presence of the secretary of S.P.M Resp. Shri.Govindraoji Pande, Mr. panpaliya sir the principal of Gitadevi Pharmacy college Sau. Mandatai Paraskar Supervisor of Moharidevi school, senior clerk Late Gadadhar Shastri alias Rajabhau,  junior clerk Shri. Anilji Hatwalane and the other respected dignitaries.

Then appointed school Principal Sau. Pratibha Datar madam spoke to the parents and illustrated the importance of English language and explained the curriculum to them.  The parents tilled in the admission forms and the much awaited English medium section started its journey.  First year, the no of students was 60.  The school didn’t separated room facility but was lucky to get consistent help from Moharidevi school.  The 1st class was conducted in their music room from 7.20 to 11.am

Next year Sau. Sandhya Malharrao Deshpande was appointed as the class teacher of std. 2nd.  This year one class used to be arranged in the verandah still the parents and the students responded very well.  Basically the institute belongs to vidyabharti and so the school taught English, Mathematics along with moral education Yoga, Sanskrit and Music.  To inculcate cultural values in the student’s and to provide disciplined students to the bigger schools (Moharidevi, Bhikamchand) was the aim with which the school was founded.

The need for the 3rd standard was realized by the natural progression 10th of admission forms were submitted.  The institute was on the flourish.  The space wasn’t available so the mandal arranged the MCVC classrooms. The school fortunately got frequent guidance and help by the supervisor of moharidevi school, Respected Shri. Bhaskarraoji Khot Sir and thus the school successfully continued on its progress both, different program activities, competitions were held along with Moharidevi school.

Sau. Jape Madam was appointed as the class teacher for std. 3rd.   In the year 1992 the school building construction went underway.  The work load had increased Inspite of being 4th grade employee, Late Ashatai S. Deshpande was rich with knowledge and experience who looked after the children as lovingly as a mother opening their Tiffin boxes taking them home at the same time helping others in the office work with complete dedication.

The construction need was rising with the increasing no. of students.  This year the 4th std. was divided into two section with Sau. Veena Joshi and Sau. Alka Pande as the class teachers.  In the mean time the retired, supervisor of Moharidevi School, Late Vinayakrao Pimpalgaokar sir took the responsibility of the school as Head master.  He also looked after the construction work and guided properly teachers with the passing time, parents committee was established Sau. Rekhatai Khandelwal was the president of the committee.  She as well as the Secretary Sau. Kavita Aalsi Madam and other Resp. Members, Sau. Ashatai Tare, Sau. Arunatai Pimpalgaonkar gave frequent guiding visit to the institute conversing with students and telling them stories.  Thus taking care that the students grow high.  The teachers appointed by the Mandal were totally dedicated for the growth of the institute resulting in the enhanced glory of the institute.

In the same year, a programme was held in the Moaridevi campus which had Late. Pramodji Mahajan as the Chief Guest. Little students presented show drill before him. Late. Pramodji Mahajan appreciated the students for the discipline presentation that they had given.

The schools education trip would be arranged along with Moaridevi school.  The children of the school used to get half hour from the scheduled gathering programme of Moharidevi school during which the children had to present the plays and dance.  The students would be awarded for the presentation of their in born talent with a view of inculcating cultural values in the students the assembly contained different activities.  In the year 1992-93 School Headmistress Sau. Pratibha Datar, Assistant teacher sau. Veena Joshi and Sau. Ashatai Deshpande(as helper) were sent at regional level to Bhopal for 5days to attend the all India Vidyabharati conference and from then on the process of creating great breed of student who would join the neighboring institutes.  Got underway.

From 1994-95 to 2000-01 Late. Vinayakraoji Pimpalgaonkar sir enhanced the glory of the school with his experience and skill and the schools with his experience and skill and the schools success was highlighted with the increased no. of students reaching up to 750-900 A new hope for the old city children was turning into reality with the rising sun in the form of the school in the education horizon of the city.
